Looking Back on Cardinals Predictions

PHOENIX -- Before the season started, I made game-by-game predictions to see how their season would turn out. Here are my predictions through the first five weeks:

Week 1: Cardinals at Rams - Final Score: Cardinals 26, Rams 20

Week 2: Lions vs. Cardinals- Final Score: Lions 24, Cardinals 17

Week 3: Cardinals at Saints- Final Score: Saints 45, Cardinals 24

Week 4: Cardinals at Buccaneers-  Final Score: Cardinals 20, Buccaneers 16

Week 5: Panthers vs. Cardinals- Final Score: Cardinals 28, Panthers 24

Projected record through Week 5:  3-2

And here are the actual scores:

Week 1: Cardinals at Rams - Final Score: Rams 27, Cardinals 24

Week 2: Lions vs. Cardinals- Final Score: Cardinals 25, Lions 21

Week 3: Cardinals at Saints- Final Score: Saints 31, Cardinals 7

Week 4: Cardinals at Buccaneers-  Final Score: Cardinals 13, Buccaneers 10

Week 5: Panthers vs. Cardinals- Final Score: Cardinals 22, Panthers 6

Actual record through Week 5:  3-2

As you can see, the projections are pretty close. Now, here are the projected player stats for the season compared to the calculated player stats based off their per-game averages:
